Facilitates strategies designed to foster employee engagement and retention* Provides guidance and counsel on employee relations matters, including conducting investigations in compliance with university policies and applicable laws. Partners with leadership to address and resolve employee concerns and recommends appropriate corrective action when necessary* Supports performance management efforts by advising on goal setting, coaching, and development strategies. Provides resources and training recommendations to strengthen manager capability and performance outcomes* Serves as a liaison to Human Resources. Provides expert policy guidance and interpretation.
