Job summary

Multiquip Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support Boise operations and partner directly with leadership to develop people strategies that align with business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture.

This role balances strategic business partnership with hands-on HR leadership in a dynamic manufacturing environment, spanning employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or distribution operations preferred
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Greenhouse ATS preferred

• Support recruiting efforts and help attract top talent
• Drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
• Manage leave administration, workers' compensation, and compliance initiatives

• Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes
• Lead and develop HR team members while serving as a trusted resource for employees and management
