Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This is a 6-month temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee evaluation, performance management, and training development. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and managing internal communications including but not limited to a monthly newsletter, PowerPoint presentations and Company announcements
  • Plan and execute social events, internal and external.
  • Apply technical skills and creativity to create and/or improve current processes.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Coordinate new hire employee evaluations and support performance management initiatives.
  • Utilize HR software systems such as ADP and SAP for tracking employee data and managing HR processes.
  • Collaborate with management on various HR projects to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an HR role or similar position is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems such as ADP, SAP and Epicor is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
