What You'll Do:

Our Human Resources team drives recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, and initiatives to improve staff experience. As a Facility Coordinator, you will support HR and customer service at the center, significantly impacting staff and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll, prepare time cards, distribute paychecks, and answer employee payroll questions.
  • Coordinate recruitment for all departments, ensuring the hiring of qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment strategies, advertising, and hiring processes.
  • Administer health insurance, savings, pension, and life insurance programs.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee relations with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Plan and oversee training and development to enhance staff skills.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare compliance records, reports, and analyze turnover as needed.
  • Manage workers' compensation, leave, unemployment, and disability programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership on talent retention and succession planning.
  • Handle daily HR transactions and serve as a resource for employees.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, setting and monitoring quarterly objectives.
  • Provide coverage at the reception desk and support family/guest relations as needed.

Rate of Pay

USD $25.00 - USD $35.00 per hour
