Job summary

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Scott AFB, NAF Human Resources Office. This is a Regular, full time position

Qualifying Experience

• Experience interpreting and applying NAF HR rules, regulations, and procedures in accomplishment of clerical/administrative work;
• utilizing recruitment tools in hiring personnel (i.e., generating job postings, job fairs, or equivalent);
• advising on routine recruitment strategies;
• troubleshooting and resolving personnel system and software issues.
• Experience in processing a variety of personnel actions.
• Experience in utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel).
