An established industry player is seeking a dynamic HR Technology Lead to oversee the HR Technology team and manage HR applications. This pivotal role involves providing technical guidance, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements within the HRIS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL skills and experience with various HR applications, including Oracle HCM Cloud. You'll be instrumental in coordinating daily activities, managing vendor relationships, and leading system testing and upgrades. This lead role is responsible for the overall day-to-day oversight of the HR Technology team as well as HR applications and related tools including Oracle HCM Cloud, bSwift, and other software products in the HRIS ecosystem. This role acts in an advisory/lead capacity and the subject matter expert for a broad spectrum of HR systems and processes. Provides technical and project management expertise in planning, systems administration, systems configuration, change management, process improvement, and implementation. Assists in designing and operationalizing key HR data requirements, utilizing the data warehouse and core systems of record. Guides the team and collaborates with analysts and vendors to ensure accurate content, functionality, and system configuration. Supports system direction while ensuring integration with other supported platforms. Plays a key role in managing relationships with vendors, employees/management, and user groups. Leads testing for HR systems, including patches, upgrades, and implementations, and reviews release notes. Responsible for maintaining administrative security, developing ad hoc queries, and standard reports using tools like SQL, Oracle OTBI, Access, and Excel. Coordinates activities with business process owners and acts as a liaison with IS and HR/Payroll. Acts independently under general direction from the manager/director.
