Uline is hiring an HR Analyst to turn data into insights that shape workforce strategies. You’ll uncover trends, build reporting tools and deliver recommendations to attract, develop and retain talent as part of a growing HR analytics team.

The role focuses on using Workday, Excel and SQL to support recruiting, retention and workforce planning with a strong emphasis on data quality and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Analytical problem-solver with data-focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of analyst experience and strong Excel skills.
• Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Analyze Human Resources (HR) data to identify workforce trends and support recruiting, retention and workforce planning.
• Create reports and deliver insights that help leaders make informed workforce decisions.
• Build and enhance reporting tools using Workday, Excel and SQL.
• Partner with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into workforce planning.
• Improve HR data quality by identifying trends, recommending process improvements and supporting best practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of Analyst experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or database management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills with careful attention to detail.
