Job summary

Walmart is seeking an HR Associate for the Walmart Supercenter in Williston, ND. You will support leadership with recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, scheduling, attendance and performance needs, guiding the execution of Walmart's HR programs and initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership to address HR-related issues and execute HR strategies, with a focus on maintaining smooth operations and employee relations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Hourly Wage

Additional Compensation
