Job summary

Walmart in Glenville, NY is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support leadership with recruitment, hiring, staffing and development.

You will help with scheduling, attendance, performance improvements, and the execution of HR programs and initiatives as part of a collaborative team.

The role offers full-time employment, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to engage in Live Better U education programs and other company-wide initiatives.

• Assist leadership with associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance and performance needs.
• Identify and analyze HR related issues and provide guidance on the execution of HR programs and initiatives.
• Support ongoing HR operations to ensure effective people management across Walmart stores.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $21 - $34 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
