Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Center, TX is hiring a Human Resources professional to support leadership with recruitment, staffing, and associate development. You will assist in scheduling, attendance tracking, and implementing HR programs and processes to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include guiding on succession planning, performance improvements, and utilization of Walmart benefits and programs. The role offers full-time hours, day shifts, and the chance to contribute to a large retail team

Hourly Wage

$19 - $32 per/hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
