Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Paducah, KY is seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Associate to support leadership with recruitment, staffing, scheduling, attendance, and performance initiatives across the store.

You will collaborate on implementing HR programs, contribute to development and succession planning, and help ensure a compliant, engaged workforce. Eligible benefits include health coverage, a 401(k), paid time off, education programs, and employee discounts.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage:

$20 - $33 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
