To provide comprehensive support across human resources, payroll, and benefits administration. This role serves as a primary point of contact for benefits inquiries while developing the specialized knowledge required to oversee Agency-wide HR systems and state reporting.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures such as proportions, percentages and basic algebra as they relate to payroll, benefit allocations, and FTE (Full‑Time Equivalent) reporting.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIESAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, applicants, and community stakeholders. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form. Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with firm deadlines.
