Job summary

InnoSource in Dublin, OH is seeking a full-time Recruiter to own the complete process from sourcing to close. You will build strong client relationships, screen and interview candidates, and move offers across the finish line.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of recruiting experience, with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding placement goals.
• Ability to manage a full-cycle desk independently, from sourcing through close.

Responsibilities

• Build real relationships with client teams and culture to predict who’ll thrive.
