Job summary

Fresh Mark, Inc. in Salem, Ohio, is seeking a Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with plant leadership, and build strong pipelines to support operations.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial hiring is preferred, along with ATS/HRIS familiarity and solid communication skills. You will handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding coordination, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience with emphasis on recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial environment preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and hiring regulations.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Fresh Mark in Salem, Ohio is currently accepting resumes for a Recruiter.

The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition and will be responsible for partnering with plant leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent to support business operations. This role will play a key part in building strong talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with plant management and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning objectives.

• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring practices.
• Verify I-9 documentation and assist with pre-employment screening processes.
• Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding, and personnel records.
• Support recruitment marketing and community workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience with a strong emphasis on recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial environment preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and hiring regulations.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
