Job Overview

This role involves developing relationships within the organization, understanding business strategies, attending meetings, preparing presentations, and explaining policies. Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with employees and management.
  2. Coach, counsel, and discipline employees; communicate company values and objectives.
  3. Plan, monitor, and evaluate job performance; foster a positive work environment.
  4. Ensure diversity and provide training and guidance during hiring processes.
  5. Respond to employment-related legal actions and employee complaints; conduct investigations.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and ensure legal compliance across all activities.
  7. Represent the organization in official meetings and legal proceedings.
  8. Maintain professional knowledge through educational workshops and networking.
  9. Contribute to team efforts and achieve financial objectives through budgeting and cost analysis.
  10. Recruit, select, and train staff; manage job performance evaluations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years in management.
Physical & Work Environment

Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred. Physical demands include sitting, operating a computer, viewing monitors, speaking on the phone, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds. The work environment is typically moderate noise with natural and fluorescent lighting, requiring minimal supervision.
