Lennox International’s Allied Air Enterprises internship role offers hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment. Interns support daily HR operations, analyze data, and contribute to project reports while learning from business leaders.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non‑exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.80 - $22.00/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
