The State of Delaware is seeking an HRIS Lead to provide advisory HRIS and payroll information management system development services. You will plan, analyze, design, test, implement and maintain an integrated HRIS solution for statewide use across agencies, schools, and vendors.
Responsibilities include analyzing data, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading training initiatives, and developing reports to support statewide HRIS operations. Telework is available under policy guidelines.
This position is with the PHRST Testing and Development team. The incumbent provides advisory human resource and payroll system functional development services to ensure efficient and effective system controls. Functional expert in planning, analysis, requirements gathering, requirements documentation, design, testing, implementation and maintenance of an integrated human resource and payroll information management system.
