  • Provide managers with practical guidance on performance concerns, corrective action plans, employee relations matters, and involuntary terminations.
  • Respond to employee relations issues, helping assess concerns, support appropriate resolutions, and escalating matters when necessary.
  • Support and conduct employee relations investigations, including gathering relevant information, reviewing employment records, documenting findings, and assisting with appropriate follow‑up.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential HR documentation while supporting additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Travel to support business and HR needs as required, with travel expected to be up to 15%.
Requirements

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR matters and deadlines accurately.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, timely, and well‑documented work while handling sensitive employee information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment and maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
  • Comfortable supporting both employees and management in a fast‑paced, evolving healthcare and technology environment.
