South Florida Youth Academy is composed of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk male youth aged 14 to 18 who require behavioral/mental health, substance abuse, and major disorder services. The programs utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while at the program.
Pay: $45,000 annually.

What you will do: The Human Resources Generalist is primarily responsible for the oversight of all Human Resources functions for the site to ensure that the Human Resources goals and objectives are met. The Human Resources Generalist reports to the site Program Director and the District Human Resources Director.
