Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a Human Resources Director to manage the full employee life cycle in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. You will lead HR operations for the facility and partner with leadership to shape culture and engagement.

The role requires experience in long-term care, strong communication, and a strategic approach to talent management, compliance, and employee relations across departments.

Qualifications

• Two years of job-related experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
• Detail oriented, computer literate and possesses excellent communication skills.
