As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be the go-to expert for recruiting and hiring activities across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you'll partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, manage the candidate experience from application to offer, and help shape the future of our workforce. Beyond recruiting, you'll support a variety of HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, including onboarding, employee engagement programs, recognition events, compliance activities, and community outreach efforts. You'll work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data, support workforce reporting, and help maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
