Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to advise local management and serve as the local first point of contact for HR in Farmington Hills, MI. You will partner with managers to implement HR policies and processes and support leadership development locally.

You will coach leaders on talent management and performance, support workforce planning and cost management, and track HR KPIs. Collaboration with CoEs, HR Ops, and regional HR is essential to deliver effective HR services.

Qualifications

• 7 years of HR experience.
• Experience with HR strategy execution and business partnering.
• Stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS systems is desirable.
• Strong data analytics and HR metrics experience is desirable.

Your Contribution:
