The Office of Management and Budget in Washington, DC seeks an experienced analyst to develop and review statistical data and HR reports, guiding administrative decision making.
You will work with staff to improve personnel reports using advanced Excel, PowerBI, and Microsoft Access, supporting human capital initiatives.
This is a federal detail opportunity; current federal employee status and a GS-14 level are expected to qualify for the role.
GRADE REQUIREMENT: This is NOT a promotion. Applicant MUST currently be at the grade level advertised.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have a minimum of one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility comparable to the next lower grade or comparable pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector.
For the GS-14: Must currently hold a GS-14 grade level or comparable pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience related to the duties listed in this announcement.
