The Human Capital Advisory (HCA) Practice drives, supports, and accelerates human capital transformation for our clients, helping them build high-performing organizations. We partner with business and HR leaders to challenge the status quo and shape their future operating models by leveraging industry trends and leading practices.

Our HR Transformation Lifecycle is designed to address the full spectrum of our clients’ transformation needs, offering specialized expertise across key HR functions including Strategic Planning, Organization Design, Program and Process modernization, HR Compliance and Due Diligence, HR Technology, and Change Management.

As a member of the Human Capital Advisory team, the Human Capital Senior will contribute to both internal initiatives and client-facing engagements. Responsibilities may include project planning and management, client information gathering, client interviews, report writing, presentation development, and active participation with client delivery efforts. Additionally, the role may involve developing and delivering leadership insights, thought leadership content, and webcasts. The HCA team is agile, tightly integrated, and highly collaborative group that partners closely to deliver meaningful and measurable results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or provide support with project planning and coordination
  • Deliver effective verbal and written communicating with clients, teams, others
  • Collect and analyze client information and data
  • Conduct independent and team research to support analysis
  • Summarizing client data into meaningful reports and presentations
  • Responsible management of client assets and deliverables
  • Act as client subject matter expert and strategic advisor on human capital / HR topics, trends, industry standards
  • Participate in internal projects to support the growth and development practice and services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in Human Resources Management, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Organizational
  • Leadership or Leadership Development, Organizational Management, or Workforce Development preferred. Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a HR practitioner or human capital management consultant
  • Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service
  • Ability to research and understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate confidence in decision making and poise in professional setting
  • Self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively across teams
  • Adaptable to a changing environment; including the use of software, systems and technology
  • Organizational and project management skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Technology-related coursework highly desirable; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint)
  • Ability to work overtime and travel as needed, approximately 30%
