ProSidian is seeking a Reporting & Insights Analyst in the Mid-Atlantic region (Alexandria, VA) to support Human Capital programmatic evaluation, environmental scanning & benchmarking for NSF-related engagements. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, HR technology ecosystem, and enterprise-wide analytics in a hybrid Alexandria, VA setting.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of reporting experience, a data-related bachelor’s degree, and strong BI tool skills such as Excel and Power BI.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in data or related field; 4+ years of reporting experience.
• Experience with BI tools and data analytics.
• Ability to produce dashboards and insights for HR and OCIO contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop reports and insights from benchmarking data to support NSF decision-making.
• Conduct environmental scans and benchmarking using federal data sources.
• Create dashboards and documentation for programmatic evaluation and compliance.
