ProSidian seeks a Data Analyst (Reporting & Insights) to support State & Federal science agency human capital analytics and IT modernization. The role is a Mid‑Level Professional, Exempt W2, located in Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and serves clients such as the National Science Foundation (NSF).

Job Overview

Provide services as a Data Analyst in the Government & Public Services sector, delivering automated reporting, self‑service analytics, and workforce planning solutions that enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and maintain automated reporting capabilities to support HR strategy and workforce planning.
• Enhance data‑driven decision‑making using role‑based advanced analytics and business intelligence.
• Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human‑capital management policies.
• Facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools.
• Optimize service delivery through performance‑based outcomes and SLAs.
• Analyze datasets, produce insights, dashboards, and compliance evidence for NSF decision‑making.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Data, Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of analytics experience, ideally in Government and Public Services sector.
