The Human Capital (HC) Unit is essential in supporting our agency's workforce, providing key personnel and administrative services to ensure smooth operations across all programs. From overseeing employee benefits and long‑term leave to developing policies and ensuring compliance with City, State, and Federal labor laws, HC plays a crucial role in creating an efficient and supportive workplace.
