Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience with data analytics, AI, automation, BI, or tech-enabled business solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data from multiple sources and building dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes, data sources, and requirements to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and implement automated workflows, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Gather requirements from government stakeholders and translate challenges into technical solutions.
• Develop data models, queries, reports, and visualizations for actionable insights.
• Support AI-enabled solutions to improve analysis, knowledge management, or operations.
• Design workflows that reduce manual tasks and improve consistency.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to support reporting and decision-making.
• Evaluate data quality and support improvements to data collection and governance.
• Develop prototypes to test potential approaches to business challenges.
• Test, troubleshoot, and improve data, AI, and automation solutions.
• Create documentation and user guidance to support adoption.
• Collaborate with technical, acquisition, financial, and program stakeholders to align with requirements.
