Trident Refit Facility in Silverdale, WA is hiring for a Hull, Mechanical and Electrical Test Coordinator. The role develops, coordinates, and oversees integrated test plans for hull, electrical distribution, and mechanical systems, serving as a senior technical consultant for on-the-spot testing resolutions.

You will deconflict scheduling between Production Shops, Ship’s Force, and Engineering, and ensure QA evidence is complete for final certification, with strict safety protocols during

HULL, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL TEST COORDINATOR - $48.20 – $62.67 PER HOUR

• Develop, coordinate, and oversee the integrated test plans for availabilities. This includes hull integrity (hydrostatic), electrical distribution, and mechanical system performance tests.
  Serve as a senior technical consultant for on the spot resolution of testing failures or deviations. Requirement is the ability to determine if a repair meets the “Intent of Design” or requires formal additional work.
• Act as the primary bridge between the Production Shops, Ship’s Force, and Engineering Department to deconflict testing schedules.
• Quality assurance background to ensure the final inspection of Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) systems are completed. Ensuring that all objective quality evidence is properly documented for final certification.
• Enforcing safety protocols, particularly during high-pressure testing and other variables.
