Hudson Group at John F. Kennedy International Airport is hiring a Stock Associate to support receiving freight, picking orders, and protecting warehouse assets. This full-time role is based at JFK in Queens, NY.

Pay is $21.25 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, and employee discounts. Candidates should have a High School diploma and warehouse experience. You must lift 50 lbs and work in hot/cold environments; opportunities for growth and a referral program are offered.

Responsibilities

• Protects all company assets in the warehouse including non-stock merchandise.
• Provides a safe and clean environment for warehouse personnel.
• Places stock orders as required.
• Counts and receives incoming merchandise; reports shortages/overages to management.
• Completes paperwork for merchandise returns to vendors.
• Provides ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor.
• Isolates, sorts, and organizes damaged/outdated products for credits/returns.
• Organizes merchandise for annual inventory.
• Assists in inventory and reconciliation of variances.
• Notifies management of out-of-stock merchandise.
• Assist in stocking of stores and backrooms.
• Assist in trash removal and recycling.

Stock Associate Key Responsibilities:

Protects all company assets in the warehouse including non-stock merchandise

Provides a safe and clean environment for warehouse personnel

Places stock orders as required

Counts and receives incoming merchandise; reports shortages/overages to management in a timely manner, before required deadlines

Counts and completes all appropriate paperwork for merchandise returns to vendors

Provides ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor

Isolates, sorts, and organizes all damaged and outdated products for subsequent supplier credits and returns

Organizes all merchandise for annual inventory

Assists in inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances

Notify management of out-of-stock merchandise

Assist in stocking of stores and backrooms

Assist in trash removal and recycling

Required Qualifications:
