Costello Companies is seeking a Site Manager for its Sioux Falls properties. The role supports the Regional Manager and oversees daily financial operations, administrative tasks, rent collection, and resident certifications.

The successful candidate will have HUD site management experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous HUD Manager experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous administrative/clerical and regulatory experience.
• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work independently while staying on task.
• A drive to be successful.
• Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
• Must be punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations of the property.
• Perform administrative duties: answering phones, filing, delivering communications, taking work orders, and providing customer service to residents, vendors, and prospective residents.
• Collect rent and process deposits.
• Manage the application and recertification process for residents.
• Collaborate with staff to create a positive customer experience for tenants.
• Conduct unit tours with prospective residents.
• Ensure unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.
• Learn and ensure compliance with safety rules; report unsafe conditions.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
