Job summary

Laurel Towers in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of the property, supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and manage administrative duties for internal and external agencies. The role requires 2+ years in property management and HUD lease-up experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in property management.
• Knowledge of regulations, acts, guidelines pertaining to conventional properties.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the property office ensuring that all bookkeeping, marketing, and lease preparations are performed as required.
• Market Terraces in accordance with Fair Housing Regulations and the management agent's guidelines.
• Submit reports as required by management or government entities.
• Maintain office files for business and financial records and deposit all monies received.
• Inspect property daily to ensure building and grounds are properly maintained and coordinate repairs.
• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and discipline staff.
• Respond to resident requests and complaints; assist with other tasks as assigned.
