Bonita House seeks a HUD Housing Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day affordable housing operations in Oakland, ensuring HUD compliance and accurate eligibility. The role handles referrals, move-ins, recerts, and occupancy records, serving as a primary contact for residents, vendors, and partners.

The position requires three years of HUD-related housing experience, proficiency with Yardi, and strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills.

Formación

• Three years of HUD-assisted or subsidized housing experience.
• Knowledge of HUD occupancy, verification, rent calculations, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple resident or property files with deadlines.
• Education: high school diploma; further degrees preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar housing systems.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure HUD compliance and accurate eligibility determinations.
• Oversee intake, waiting lists, and coordination with referral teams.
• Manage move-in, certifications, and occupancy records.
• Maintain secure files and produce routine occupancy and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with property managers, landlords, and service teams.
• Support income calculations, notices, and lease documentation.
