Job summary

EightCAP, Inc. is seeking an Older Adult Home Modification Program Manager to lead day-to-day management of the HUD-funded OAHMP.

The role focuses on safety, accessibility, and functional home modifications for low-income older adults to help them remain independent. You will coordinate among participants, occupational therapy professionals, contractors, community partners, and HUD, managing projects from referral through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in construction management, housing, OT, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in project or program management, housing rehab, or aging-in-place work.
• Experience with federally funded programs and HUD requirements preferred.
• Valid Michigan driver's license.
• Criminal history check and fingerprinting clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the OAHMP, including goals, workflows, and quality control.
• Monitor timelines, costs, deliverables, and grant production goals.
• Ensure compliance with HUD requirements, policies, and applicable federal rules.
• Coordinate HUD reporting, training, and evaluation activities.
• Oversee participant intake, eligibility, and project scope development.
• Coordinate contractor procurement, scheduling, and documentation.
