Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking a HUD CDBG-DR Compliance SME to own grant compliance for a homeowner recovery program. You will design and maintain the compliance framework, advise on 2 CFR 200 procurement, and prepare monitoring-ready documentation for HUD reviews.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HUD CDBG-DR requirements including 24 CFR 570 and applicable Federal Register notices.
• Knowledge of 2 CFR 200 procurement and grant-administration requirements.
• Hands-on experience building compliance controls, review procedures, and audit-ready records.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the CDBG-DR compliance framework, procedures, and SOPs.
• Establish Duplication of Benefits procedures, controls, and quality reviews.
• Advise on 2 CFR 200 procurement compliance for program and construction activities.
• Prepare monitoring-ready documentation and support client or HUD reviews.
• Coordinate compliance work with the Program Manager, Case Management Operations Lead, Environmental Review SME, and construction partner.
• Track corrective actions, documentation quality, and closeout readiness.
