Job summary

Miami Valley Hospital South is seeking an Emergency Department Technician/Health Unit Coordinator/Admit Clerk to support the ED team under RN supervision. This role helps with patient care activities and admission processes, directly impacting patient outcomes and overall service delivery.

• Current HealthCare Provider or Professional Rescuer BLS certification required prior to orientation.

• Preferred experience: medical terminology.
• Completion of STNA/CNA or Patient Care Technician training, or direct patient care in last five years, or currently enrolled in nursing school with at least one clinical rotation.
