Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. seeks a HubSpot Tech Lead for a 12+ month contract, remote in the United States. You will lead HubSpot design, development, and implementation, guiding projects from concept to deployment.

You will configure HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CMS Hub, and drive marketing automation, lead management, and API integrations. You will mentor developers and partner with marketing to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CMS Hub.
• CRM integrations with third-party platforms (Salesforce/Dynamics preferred).
• Marketing automation, lead scoring, and analytics proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead HubSpot solution design, development, and implementation.

• Design marketing automation, customer journeys, and lead management solutions.
• Develop integrations using APIs and webhooks.

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HubSpot solution design, development, and implementation.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Strong experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CMS Hub.
• Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce/Dynamics preferred).
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, and analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• HubSpot Certifications.
• Experience with CDP, GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or MuleSoft.
