Job summary

Arizona Financial Credit Union is seeking an experienced technologist to act as the primary administrator and architect for our HubSpot-powered website and marketing automation stack. You will own the front-end and back-end development, drive production deployments, and set technical standards across pages, emails, and landing pages.

You will lead end-to-end email nurture workflows, integrate third-party systems, and guide cross-functional teams on security, encryption, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 6 years in frontend/backend development.
• Proficient in HubSpot CMS, Marketing Hubs, and related modules.
• Extensive experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Proficient in modern web tech including JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and APIs.
• Strong experience with SDLC, project management, and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical administrator and architect for the HubSpot website and marketing automation platform.
• Develop and ensure front-end and back-end responsiveness from requirements to deployment.
• Provide guidance on event-based and trigger-based marketing workflows.
• Develop standards and policies for pages, emails, and landing pages templates.
• Lead end-to-end email nurture workflows and forms/landing pages.
• Manage applications (e.g., SSL), monitor vulnerabilities, and patch modules.
• Advise on security, encryption, and ADA/W3 standards across the stack.
• Lead deployment and integration of third-party systems into HubSpot.
• Mentor developers through code reviews and audits.
• Create and manage Business Resumption and Disaster Recovery plans.
