Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior HubSpot Developer to lead and own our HubSpot ecosystem. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CRM to deliver scalable marketing automation and customer-service solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep HubSpot expertise, CRM/automation experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions in an Agile setting.

We are seeking a senior HubSpot Developer to serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for a growing HubSpot environment. This individual will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing HubSpot Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CRM capabilities while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable marketing automation, customer service, and sales solutions. The ideal candidate has deep HubSpot expertise, strong CRM and automation experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within an Agile environment.

Skills and Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on HubSpot development/administration experience
• Expert-level experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CRM/Sales Hub
• Strong experience building workflows, lead scoring models, nurture campaigns, segmentation, and lifecycle automation
• Experience configuring CRM data models, pipelines, custom properties, and business process workflows
• Experience creating HubSpot reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Strong communication skills with experience working in Agile environments
• HubSpot Inbound Certification
• Experience with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
• Experience establishing data governance, deduplication strategies, and platform best practices
• Background supporting insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
