Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety and productivity.
• Holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards.
• Develops relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates group meetings and coordinates evaluations with management.
• Oversees daily activities to ensure duties are completed safely and on time.
