Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee drivers and parcel handlers at the hub facilities. You will ensure outbound parcels are processed, loaded, and leave the building on time while upholding safety standards.

The role involves supervising daily operations, coordinating pre- and post-operation tasks, and potentially managing clerical staff to maintain efficient hub performance.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or able to work in the U.S.
• Experience supervising drivers and parcel handlers preferred
• Ability to manage outbound parcel processing and hub operations
• Strong safety and operational discipline

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of drivers and parcel handlers.
• Oversee processing of outbound parcels at hub facilities.
• Conduct pre-operation checks, manage sorting/loading, and perform post-operation tasks.
• Ensure outbound packages are loaded and depart on time.
• May supervise administrative staff and related tasks.
