DHL Express USA is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the CVG Airport hub in Erlanger, KY. This 2nd shift role leads cargo handling, enforces safety standards, and ensures timely, compliant processing of shipments.

You will supervise 15–25 staff, coordinate with flight, ramp, and customs teams, and implement quality controls across all hub operations to maintain efficient performance and security.

Qualificações

• Two years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or related field.
• BS/BA degree preferred with previous supervisory experience.
• Advanced MS Word and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manages hub operational activities to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective processing of shipments.
• Implements and directs quality control for all operational areas.
• Directs and ensures compliance with DHL policies, procedures and standards with government regulations.
• Establishes and maintains a record keeping system for hub operations (volume, damages, safety incidents, productivity).
• Communicates with systems operations control, flight control, maintenance control, facilities maintenance, sort, ramp, and US customs to ensure efficient hub operation.
• Oversees the loading and unloading of trucks, trailers, air containers, or airline pallets.
• Supervises the identification and segregation of non-conforming and dangerous goods cargo.
• Supervises 15-25 subordinates; responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and developing staff.
