Job summary

APPLUS IDIADA is seeking a dedicated operations professional to oversee hub operations and fleet coordination across designated facilities in Texas. You will ensure adherence to client protection protocols, coordinate vehicle setup and maintenance, and optimize routes for data collection targets.

The role requires coordinating dispatch, monitoring team performance, and supporting training and onboarding. This full-time position offers varied shifts and an equal opportunity work environment.

Qualifications

• Provide regular reporting to Project Managers on operational status.
• Identify operational issues and work proactively to resolve them.
• Report any discrepancies in operations or deviations from plan.
• Compile daily and weekly performance metrics.
• Interface with IDIADA senior management and client stakeholders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hub operations at assigned facility locations and ensure facilities meet customer standards.
• Manage vehicle reception, set up, maintenance scheduling, and software updates as per customer requests.
• Plan routes to maximize data collection, then continuously optimize routes based on performance data and targets.
• Support dispatch operations, assign daily shifts, monitor personnel performance, and assist with onboarding and training.
• Orchestrate data handling in line with client specs, and ensure secure transport of data storage media.
