Responsibilities

• Responsible for separation, pasteurization, concentration, and standardization of milk to production areas.
• Maintain product quality and food safety throughout processing.
• Monitor CCPs and oPrPs, and alert Food Safety Team if issues arise.
• Keep accurate production data, inventory, and sanitation records.
• Standardize milk to target fat and protein levels.
• Troubleshoot RSPC system malfunctions to minimize downtime.
