Airswift seeks an experienced HSE Lead to join a Solar project site in the United States. You will serve as Owner's Representative for Health, Safety, Environment, and Security, delivering site-based leadership, governance, and continuous improvement of HSE across all activities.
You will ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, supervise EPCs and subcontractors, conduct audits and incident reviews, and foster a proactive safety culture on site.
Capacity / Volumes Commercialized (GW/MW): The HSE Lead serves as the Owner's Representative for Health, Safety, Environment, and Security, providing site-based HSE leadership and governance across all project activities. This role ensures compliance with project HSE requirements, contractual obligations, and all applicable regulatory requirements while actively promoting a strong and proactive safety culture among EPCs and subcontractors. The HSE Lead is responsible for overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects of the project, supporting the safe execution of construction activities through field presence, risk management, compliance verification, and continuous engagement with project teams.

Employee will comply with all applicable U.S. Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSE&Q) requirements and supporting standards. Such duties include being familiar with and setting a personal example in adherence to the company's HSE Management System; taking responsibility for their own safety and that of fellow workers; reporting any anomaly, near miss, or incident; and actively participating in HSE meetings, safety moments, training sessions, and emergency response drills.
