The IRC's Home Study and Post-Release Services (HSPRS) for unaccompanied children in the U.S. operate across more than 17 offices nationwide. This is a multi-million-dollar project with ambitious goals, part of a 36-month contract ending on September 30, 2026.
The Crisis Case Manager (Level 3) conducts Home Studies and provides intensive post-release services, focusing on children with specific challenges. Responsibilities include developing service plans, conducting assessments, and utilizing trauma-informed interventions tailored to individual needs.
This role involves in-person case management, with a hybrid schedule if based in an office, or remote work with in-person visits if part of the Roving team. A private workspace is required if working remotely.
