Job Description

Salary Range: $38,000 - $46,400 (depending on experience)

  • Provide credential administration and support to Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) operations.
  • Enroll, issue, and activate identification cards, including SmartID Cards.
  • Support appointment management activities using GSA scheduling tools.
  • Operate the USAccess system.
  • Perform certificate rekey, PIN reset, and card update activities.
  • Conduct periodic card inventories and log cards in the inventory system.
  • Perform card custodian functions, including secure storage of all cards.
  • Coordinate with Federal employees and contractors for card pick-ups and activations.
  • Collect cards upon credential termination and assist with card destruction in collaboration with the Security Officer.
  • Handle registration and activation duties for applicants.
  • Communicate card status updates to applicants.
  • Take photographs and capture digital signatures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access (2007/2010) for data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of HSPD-12 directive (preferred).
  • Experience with GSA scheduling tools (preferred).

Education Level:

  • High School Degree or equivalent.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Subject to a security investigation; employment contingent on obtaining a minimum background investigation clearance.
