Position : Solution Architect - Continuous Improvement – Managed Services Department :Managed Services Visa Sponsorship: You must have legal working rights in the country of your residence within the European region. • You will work closely with customer stakeholders and HSO delivery teams to drive health assessments, roadmap alignment, release readiness, architecture reviews, and strategic improvement initiatives that maximize long‑term business value.
• This role is best suited for an individual with a proven track record as a Lead Solution Architect on complex, international Dynamics 365 programs and enterprise transformations.

Requirements

• When do we match up? You have... 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience working as a Lead Solution Architect on large‑scale international implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, solution governance, integrations and application lifecycle management.
• Experience engaging with business and executive stakeholders in global organizations.
• A track record of defining technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading architecture teams and providing technical leadership across complex delivery landscapes.
