Job summary

Mphasis is seeking an HSM Infrastructure Services Manager to deploy, configure, and manage HSM devices at a client site in New York. The role emphasizes cryptographic service integration, security posture, and cross-team collaboration to ensure operational continuity and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will lead firmware upgrades, monitor HSM health, and participate in security audits, with on-call support for incidents and outages as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in deploying and managing HSM devices.
• Understanding of cryptographic principles and practices.
• Experience with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001 compliance.
• Knowledge of network security protocols and firewall configurations.
• Troubleshooting complex HSM integrations with apps.
• Experience with automated monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage HSM devices (Thales, Entrust, Futurex, Utimaco).
• Maintain HSM inventory for tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate secure firewall requests for HSM traffic.
• Manage HSM partitioning, remote admin, auditing, and upgrades.
• Ensure configurations meet PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001.
