The Role

This position manages HSEQ activities within the O&M region, supporting renewable energy operations and maintenance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HSEQ management systems, ensuring compliance, supporting incident investigations, conducting risk assessments, and providing training.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop HSEQ systems aligned with ISO standards.
• Monitor HSEQ performance and compliance across regions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Develop and deliver HSEQ training programs.
• Support safety and environmental compliance and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, or related field.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in renewable energy O&M.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and ISO standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
